We sell raw crystals, gemstones, pearls, handmade product, mineral specimens, blind boxes, sets, as well as healing-related products and services.
Shipping & Delivery
Please allow a processing time of 1 to 3 business days for your order to ship（(this is only for processing, pulling and packing your order; this does not include transit time). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
The infinite Crystal does not ship Saturdays, Sundays or on national holidays. Occasionally, orders will take longer depending on stock availability. We will notify you via email if this is the case with your order.
For all domestic orders within the continental United States(not include Alaska and Hawaii):

For all international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping to, what is being shipped and how quickly you wish to receive your package. International shipments require the customer to claim their package at the nearest customs facility. You will be responsible for paying any duty fees, which will be determined upon pick up of your order. As you checkout, you will have the option to select expedited options, if you are eligible. The availability and fulfillment of expedited shipping and delivery depends on the destination and the time the order is placed.
Normally, transit times are typically 5 to 7 business days within the continental US and up to 4-6weeks for international delivery.
- Orders shipping via Ground may take 7 to 14 business days to be delivered.
- Orders shipping via expedited methods arrive in about 1-5 business days (depending on the method selected).
- International Orders may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
- Business days do not include weekends/holidays.
Once the package has been picked up and transferred to the shipping provider, The infinite Crystal is no longer responsible for other delays that may occur.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We recommend following your tracking closely to stay informed regarding the whereabouts of your order.
If you are on a deadline or a strict timeline, we highly recommend looking into expedited shipping options, as even if you live locally, there are significant delays with ground shipping.
Return & refund
All jewelry items can be returned or exchanged (The seal on the product itself must not be torn off.); other types of product cannot be returned.
To request a return:
Head to our website and log into your account.
Navigate to the order you wish to return and click on it.
In the upper right hand corner, there will be a “Request Return” button.
Click on the button and fill out the questions to follow.
Once you finish, our customer service team will review your request and either approve or deny it.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a shipping label to send back your merchandise to our warehouse.
The merchandise must be shipped back to us within the aforementioned 14-day window of receiving your package, once your return has been approved.
The customer is responsible for paying the return postage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was delivered. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us with info@theinfinitecrystal.com within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Once we receive your return, and it has been processed, we will refund your original method of purchase.
Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility to process - they are logged into our system every Thursday.
Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
Crystal Usage & Wearing
Choosing a crystal is more than just shopping; it’s an intuitive dialogue.
Intuition: When browsing, which crystal catches your eye first? That unexplained attraction often means your energy field currently resonates with it.
Needs: Choose based on the area of life you wish to enhance (e.g., stress relief, abundance, protection) by looking at specific healing properties.
Chakra & Zodiac: Match crystals to your astrological sign or the energy centers that need balancing.

The left side is the "receiving" side (internal, emotions), while the right side is the "giving" side (action, energy output). Choose based on your intention.
Not recommended. Moisture can damage stringing materials, and certain crystals (like Selenite) may dissolve or be damaged by water.
Crystals act as energy amplifiers; "programming" helps them work specifically for you.
Cleanse: Ensure your crystal is pure before setting an intention.
Connect: Hold the crystal in both hands, close your eyes, and breathe deeply.
Declare: Say or think your goal clearly. E.g., "I program this crystal to attract abundance and love."
Cleansing & Care
Crystals with a Mohs hardness below 5 are typically not water-safe. Examples include Selenite, Angelite, and Malachite.
Amethyst, Rose Quartz, and Fluorite may fade if exposed to prolonged sunlight.
Beyond basic smudging and moonlight, try these methods:
Sound: Use a 4096Hz tuning fork or singing bowl. Vibrations quickly clear stagnant energy.
Selenite: One of the few stones that never needs cleansing and can "charge" others. Simply place your jewelry in a Selenite bowl.
Physical: For hard stones only (e.g., Quartz). Use a damp soft cloth; avoid chemical cleaners.
Identification & Authenticity
You can perform a preliminary check without expensive equipment:
1.The Temperature Test: Real crystals feel cold to the touch and take time to warm up. Glass or plastic warms up almost instantly.
2.The Bubble Test: Use a magnifying glass. Natural crystals may have inclusions, but they never contain perfect round air bubbles (a sign of glass).
3.The Weight Test: Natural minerals are generally much heavier and denser than plastic or resin imitations of the same size.
4.Visual Inspection：
-Natural Inclusions：Look for "Cotton" (cloudy white wisps) or "Ice Cracks" (internal fractures). Perfect clarity in a cheap stone is a major red flag.
-Color Zoning：Natural stones often show bands or patches of different color intensities. Glass or synthetic stones usually have a perfectly uniform color.
-Growth Lines：Look for fine, parallel striations on the surface of raw crystals. These are growth lines that glass imitations cannot replicate.
