Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing THE INFINITE CRYSTAL. We are delighted to offer you the best products and services, and we hope to ensure your shopping experience is enjoyable. Here is our detailed return and refund policy to help you understand our process better.
You can decide whether to return the product within 14 days of receipt. Items received after 14 days are not eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding and support!
Return and Refund Guidelines
1.Crystals and Mineral Specimens (Non-Handmade Products)
If you are not satisfied with the product and it remains undamaged, you can choose to return it for a refund. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
2.Non-Returnable Items(Final Sale)
All jewelry items can be returned or exchanged (The seal on the product itself must not be torn off); other types of product cannot be returned.
3.Damaged or Lost Items
If the item you received is naturally damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 14 days. We we will arrange a replacement or refund. Thank you for your understanding.
4. Return Process
To request a return:
Head to our website and log into your account.
Navigate to the order you wish to return and click on it.
In the upper right hand corner, there will be a “Request Return” button.
Click on the button and fill out the questions to follow.
Once you finish, our customer service team will review your request and either approve or deny it.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a shipping label to send back your merchandise to our warehouse
5.Shipping back time limit
The merchandise must be shipped back to us within the aforementioned 14-day window of receiving your package, once your return has been approved.
The customer is responsible for paying the return postage. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was delivered.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
6. Refund
Once we receive your return, and it has been processed, we will refund your original method of purchase.
Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility to process - they are logged into our system every Thursday.
Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution
